One-to-One Consultations
What would more energy mean for you?
What would more energy mean for you?
After your free discovery call, there's a detailed questionnaire and food diary to complete before your initial consultation which lasts for 75 minutes.
During the initial consultation, we'll delve a little deeper with the aim of identifying the underlying imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms. We'll then work together on your personal Re-energisation plan, which will include dietary and lifestyle recommendations. Although I take food-first approach, supplements may be suggested if relevant, and functional testing may be recommended if it can provide further insight to inform your bespoke plan.
Your follow-up appointment is usually 4 weeks later and lasts 60 minutes. We'll discuss how you've been getting on, the results of any test, and review and revise your plan accordingly.
